I've spent the last 12 years obsessed with one question: what makes some online stores print money while others struggle to convert?
In 2012, I started Eastside Co from a spare bedroom in Birmingham. No clients, no funding, no team — just a conviction that I could help businesses sell more online. Today, we're a 50+ person Platinum Shopify Partner agency that has built over 500 Shopify stores for brands across the world.
Along the way, we won Shopify Commerce Awards, I was named in The Times LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders, I hosted ecommerce events with guests like Steven Bartlett and the MD of Shopify EMEA, and I moved to Dubai to run the company remotely while the team stayed fully in-house in the UK.
But the thing I'm most proud of isn't the awards or the numbers. It's the pattern recognition. After 500+ stores, I can spot the conversion killers in any Shopify store within minutes. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and — more importantly — what most people get wrong.
Now I'm sharing everything I've learned. Through this site, my content, and my digital products, I'm packaging 12 years of ecommerce experience into frameworks and tools that any Shopify store owner can use.

Won Best Custom Product Page for Wild Deodorant. Nearly sold the company during COVID — chose to double down instead.
Record year

Angel investing
First angel investments — Shop Circle ($120M+ raised) and Venn Apps. Began building beyond the agency.

Relocated to Dubai while maintaining the fully in-house UK team. 50+ people. 500+ stores built.
